Arzy Co Inc respects the privacy rights of its customers. Arzy Co Inc is the sole collector of information. All information collected on this site will be used by our staff for contacting and identifying customers and their needs. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties, unless we are legally required to do so or you authorize us to do so.

Inquiries

Visitors are required to provide information such as contact name, company name, address, phone number, fax number, and email address to be able to send inquiries from our website. This information will be used solely to respond to a customer’s inquiry. Valid inquiries include flyer request, username and password request, product inquiries, and business inquiries.

Registration

Access to certain parts of the website is given to registered customers only. Only registered customers may view our available merchandise. Registration requires users to provide information such as contact name, company name, address, phone number, fax number, and email address. Providing the JBT member ID is optional. This information will only be used to identify the user. All information provided will not be sold, shared or rented to any third parties, unless as stated in the information collection policy. The Information provided by the user will be checked by our staff. We will then contact the user when approved and provide the username and password to access their account.

Changing Personal Information

Users may change their personal information such as Name, Company Name, Address, phone number, fax number, and email at any time. Any updates to this information will automatically notify us and we will contact you to confirm these changes if needed.

Passwords may also be changed at any time. Passwords are encrypted when saved into the database. If the user forgets his/her password, we will provide him a temporary password and let him set up a new password after signing in.

Email Address

Arzy Co Inc will not send unsolicited spam mail to the user’s email address. We will only use the user’s email address to respond to customers’ queries and also for sending out important notices and announcements.

Favorites

The favorites section of the Arzy.com website is for the purpose of saving and organizing a list of merchandise that the user may want to keep for future viewing. This will aid the user to easily group a set of merchandise that he/she may wish to order. We do not log or track the items users view. We do have access to the user’s favorites list for the purpose of using them as reference to their orders.

Log Files

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We do not link IP addresses to personally identifiable information. We do not share this information to any third parties however we reserved the right to disclose this information if necessary.

If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement. Link to this page will always be available on every page of the website so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time. We will send a notice thru email or post an announcement in the website for any changes.
