All merchandise that you wish to return must be done so within fourteen days of invoice date. No returns will be accepted without prior notice and authorization.
A copy of the invoice must be included with the returned merchandise.
Special orders (including merchandise currently not in stock and altered items) will not be accepted for return.
Failure to comply with any of the above may result in a 10% restocking fee.
Credit will be applied towards the next purchase or applied to previous outstanding invoices.
Arzy Co., Inc. reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that does not comply with any of the requirements listed above.
